Ramila Patel Yoga

In my sessions and in my own practice, I use an integrated approach from different aspects of yoga, from physical postures (asana), breathing techniques (pranayama), relaxation, meditation and chanting - bringing the underlying aspects of a philosophy of yoga to create dynamic sessions. I hope to share this experience with as many people as possible.
