My aim is to help yoga students develop a lifestyle that helps them fully flourish in a well-rounded life that is rich in every aspect.

My classes are creative, with a personal approach to total wellbeing belief, that takes care of every aspect of the human existence, that caters for all student practitioners, regardless of skill.

The word “yoga” comes from the Sanskrit root yuj, which means ‘to join”.

Yoga is an ancient art based on a harmonizing system for the development of the body, mind and spirit.

The continued practice of yoga will lead us into a sense of peace and wellbeing, and also a feeling of being at one with our environment.



I invite you to join me to experience that magical inward journey in a supportive environment of harmony and nature, that allows you to journey through the layers of your mind, body and breath directly speaking to your Self.

You will be fed the very best, organic, live, home cooked food, so that your body feels light, free and clear, enhancing you on your path to clarity and self-knowledge while having fun.

The opportunity to focus on specific postures and have plenty of time to ask questions, make workshops the perfect environment to take your practice to the next level. In addition, it gives the student practitioner a chance to deepen their practice.

The workshop will finish with a healthy snack, juice or smoothie, and time to get to know your fellow attendees.
